Plant Controller

Kforce's client, a well-established manufacturing organization, is seeking a highly analytical, hands-on Plant Controller to partner with plant leadership and support financial operations in Kentwood, MI.

Summary:This role leads monthly financial reporting, cost and inventory analysis, and the plant close process, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making. You'll provide financial insight to non-financial leaders and drive continuous improvement across reporting, controls, and processes, while also leading and developing plant accounting staff.* Bachelor's degree in Accounting

• CPA is a plus, but not required
• 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience
• Strong cost, inventory, and month-end close expertise
• Large ERP experience
