Tax Director

Kforce's client, a dynamic Long Island, NY based boutique CPA/Tax Consulting firm is seeking a Tax Director. This firm offers very competitive compensation and a flexible/hybrid work arrangement and true future equity potential. These clients are primarily small to mid-size companies and individuals that have high income/high net worth, own businesses and/or own real estate.

Responsibilities Include:

• Review of complex individual, business (Schedule C, Form 1065, Form 1120, Form 1120S), trust and non-profit tax returns
• Mentorship of junior tax staff members
• Significant Interactions with clients* 8+ years of recent, extensive experience in a public accounting firm reviewing complex tax returns
• Willing to work in office on a hybrid, flexible basis
• CPA and/or EA designation preferred
• Long Island resident preferred
