Staff Accountant

They are looking for a Staff Accountant to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Reconciliations: Balance bank statements, Credit Card reconciliations and general ledger accounts daily
• Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries, accrue expenses, and analyze budget variances
• Asset Management: Track fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and medical equipment leases
• Compliance Reporting: Assist with cost reports, tax filings, and healthcare regulatory audits
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with cross functional departments as needed* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience: 3-4 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting
• Software: Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
• Knowledge: Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Industry Experience: Healthcare or Aesthetics industry experience
