Responsibilities include:

• Supported annual budgeting through data analysis, forecasting, and presentation development.
• Monitored financial performance, identifying key variances and improvement opportunities.
• Prepared recurring financial reports and forecasts for business planning.
• Collaborated with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision support.
• Assisted with period-end reviews, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

• Supported evaluation of growth and investment opportunities.
• Developed financial models and reporting tools for planning and performance analysis.
• Improved financial processes, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy.
• Prepared materials and insights for leadership and stakeholder communications.
• Completed additional finance and analysis responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis (required)
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (required)
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP Software
• Ability to go on site 5 days a week
• Salary $85-95k
