We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Accounting Manager to oversee accounting, administrative, and operational functions for multiple growing businesses, including rental properties, logistics, and real estate operations.
Responsibilities:
* Manage bookkeeping and accounting for multiple entities
* Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
* Financial reporting and budget tracking
* Maintain company records, contracts, and filing systems
* Coordinate with vendors, tenants, contractors, and service providers
* Assist with payroll and administrative compliance
* Manage schedules, meetings, and business communications
* Support ownership with daily operations and special projects
* Track expenses, invoices, leases, and property documentation
Qualifications:
* Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or business administration
* QuickBooks experience preferred
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Professional communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Real estate, property management, or logistics experience is a plus
