Job Summary:
Blended responsibilities between AR and AP.
With ERP system experience .
Timely posting of customer checks. Processing incoming mail. Communication with clients about billing discrepancies and past due invoices. Timely payment of vendor invoices for cost of goods and services. Process transactions daily for cost of goods and for company expenses. Maintain proper documentation for the financial record of the company.
