Responsibilities:- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple investment entities
- Monitor cash activity and bank reconciliations across all investment entities
- Assist with the quarterly and annual financial close process
- Support with the preparation of financial statements
- Assist with asset trial balance close, rent calculations, and other analyses as needed
- Assist with annual audit workpapers and respond to auditor requests
- Assist with investor reporting and ad-hoc requests
- Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 1-3 years of fund and/or private equity accounting experience.
- Excellent quantitative/analytical and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Technology proficiency is essential as the candidate would leverage a number of software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in the office two (2) days per week.
