Lynden Incorporated is on the lookout for a dynamic Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our SeaTac-based team. You will oversee a dedicated team of six, ensuring the smooth management of our cash applications process, bank file reconciliations, and customer refunds. You’ll play a crucial part in supporting Accounts Receivable for over 20 companies, collaborating with teams who specialize in billing/invoicing as well as credit and collections. What You Will Be Doing
- Manage and mentor the Accounts Receivable team to ensure customer service meets service level standards.
- Interview and train new Accounts Receivable team members.
- Provide constructive and timely performance feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Operating Companies.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer cash receipts, account adjustments, and customer refunds.
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable performance metrics to confirm service-level compliance, balance team workload, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Serve as the primary business owner for the HighRadius application, maintaining expertise in automation rules and system integrations to maximize automated cash application.
- Responsible for Lynden’s merchant services portal including providing support to users and working with IT to troubleshoot technical issues with data and devices.
- Reconcile bank files to third party cash application systems and Workday Financials to maintain data integrity.
- Manage credit card chargebacks to reduce company loss and support timely resolution.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and manage related projects.

What We Need from You (required):
- 5 years of accounts receivable experience.
- 5 years recent managerial experience supervising direct reports, including assigning work, coaching, and performance feedback, within the last five years.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
What Would Be Nice to Bring (preferred)
- Workday ERP and HighRadius software experience.
- Experience in a high-volume, multi-entity shared services environment
- Transportation experience.
Your Schedule:
- We offer a flexible start window between 7:00 am to 8:00 am Monday – Friday.
- To support team coordination, you are expected to begin work at the same selected time each day.
- Hybrid schedule upon completion of training with 4 days onsite and 1 day offsite.
- Working onsite from our office in SeaTac, WA
- Tuesday and Wednesday are onsite days for Financial Services.
- This position is not eligible for relocation.
