Finance Manager Responsibilities
Own the finance and insurance (F&I) process — guiding customers through financing, warranties, and protection products with confidence and clarity
Structure deals that meet customer needs while maximizing dealership profitability
Clearly explain financing terms, contracts, and payment options to customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations and policies
Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience
Keep current with industry trends, lending programs, and new products
Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation
Finance Manager Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: Make between $180,000 - $220,000!

QualificationsFinance Manager Qualifications
Proven experience as an automotive Finance Manager or similar role in a dealership environment
Deep knowledge of automotive finance, F&I products, and regulatory compliance
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism
Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
