The ideal candidate will have a background in Accounts Payable and experience with vendor management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, coding, and payments
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; resolve discrepancies and inquiries
  • Verify and post transactions to the general ledger
  • Prepare financial documents including invoices, vouchers, and reports
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate variances
  • Support reporting, analysis, and special projects
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payment cycles

Requirements

  • 2+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on Accounts Payable
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and handling payment issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism
