Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, coding, and payments
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships; resolve discrepancies and inquiries
- Verify and post transactions to the general ledger
- Prepare financial documents including invoices, vouchers, and reports
- Reconcile accounts and investigate variances
- Support reporting, analysis, and special projects
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payment cycles
Requirements
- 2+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on Accounts Payable
- Experience managing vendor relationships and handling payment issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
