Tax Senior

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to take the next step in their tax career while working in a collaborative, people-first environment.Key Responsibilities-Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns-Manage engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients-Conduct tax research and provide recommendations on complex tax matters-Assist with tax planning and advisory projects throughout the year-Review work of staff accountants and provide mentoring, training, and guidance-Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations-Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiencies within the tax departmentQualifications-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field-CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred-4+ years of recent public accounting tax experience-Solid understanding of federal and state tax laws-Proficiency in tax software and MS Excel-Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset-Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and collaborativelyWhat We Offer-Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses-Flexible scheduling and work-life balance-Professional development support, including CPA assistance-Collaborative team culture with direct access to firm leadership-Opportunities for long-term growth within the firm
