We're looking for a bilingual tax professional who can review returns, jump in to prepare when needed, AND roll up their sleeves on real tax strategy implementation , all while helping grow a team that's changing how taxes are done for small business owners and high-net-worth individuals. Duties Review individual and small business tax returns (1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, Schedule C/E) for accuracy, compliance, and missed opportunities Prepare tax returns for individuals and small businesses when coverage or capacity requires itImplement hands-on tax strategies across entity structure, compensation, real estate, and retirement planning Lead and present tax planning calls - kickoffs, implementation, and quarterly check-ins - in English and Spanish Research evolving tax legislation and IRS pronouncements to keep strategies current and effective Identify new planning opportunities within the existing client portfolio and surface them to the advisory team Mentor and support junior staff, including the Tax Return Reviewer, helping elevate the whole team Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and client services on complex client matters Qualifications You hold an active CPA or EA license - required You are fully bilingual in English and Spanish - written and spoken - required and essential for our client base You have 3-5 years of public accounting experience with a strong tax focus You're comfortable in all three gears: reviewing, preparing, and strategizing - without missing a beat You have a solid accounting foundation: bookkeeping, GL reconciliation, and financial statements You're curious, proactive, and genuinely excited by complex tax strategies You thrive in a fast-moving environment, manage competing deadlines with ease, and bring an ego-free attitude What We Offer Competitive salary: $72,000 - $85,000+ based on experience 401(k) with company contributions and matching Paid time off, paid sick time, and flexible scheduling when needed Clear path to a Lead Advisory or Tax Manager role as the firm grows Real community impact, your bilingual skills help Spanish-speaking business owners and families win financially A firm that values nerdy tax strategy, great people, and zero ego Pay: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Parental leave Work Location: In person
