The ideal candidate can coordinate events of 200+ attendees and provide comprehensive bookkeeping services. Responsibilities Manage bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and financial reporting Coordinate large-scale corporate and social events (200+ attendees) Assist upper management with daily tasks, marketing ideas, vendor coordination, promotions, and community outreach Support vendor relationships and event scheduling Maintain effective communication and multitasking across departments Network to grow business relationships and event participation Provide reliable assistance as part of the team in a fast-paced setting Work Evenings, Events, Weekends Flexible Part-Time Schedule Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Experience in financial reconciliations and payroll processes Event planning and vendor management experience Marketing support skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively within a team
