As a Tax Manager, you will be an integral part of the finance department supporting the company's tax strategy and compliance efforts. Location: Remote (US Based Only)
Pay Range: $ 120,000 - $180,000 (W2) - Depending on Experience
What's the Job?
Support, monitor, and develop the organizations federal income tax strategy to optimize tax benefits and minimize liabilities.
Oversee the implementation, documentation, and continual improvement of US income tax accounting and compliance processes.
Coordinate and review US federal and state income tax provision computations ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Manage US income tax filings, deadlines, and related recordkeeping obligations.
Lead and support tax audits, including data collection, analysis, and communication with tax authorities and external consultants.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in income tax, preferably with a public accounting firm or global company.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and process management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly.
Experience with tax compliance software such as OneSource, ProSystems, or Corptax, and familiarity with financial systems like SAP or Hyperion.
