Job Summary: We are working with multiple established CPA firms seeking experienced Tax professionals for several openings across California, including Tax Senior, Supervisor, Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and Partner-level opportunities.

These roles are ideal for candidates coming directly from public accounting environments with strong experience in corporate, partnership, SALT, high-net-worth individual, and generalist tax engagements.

State & Local Tax (SALT)

Corporate Tax Compliance & Provision

Partnership & S-Corp Tax

High-Net-Worth Individual Tax

ASC 740

Multi-State Taxation

Tax Research & Planning

Client Advisory Services

Qualifications:

5+ years of public accounting tax experience

CPA preferred or required for senior leadership roles

Experience with regional, national, or Big 4 CPA firms strongly preferred

Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations

Experience with partnerships, corporations, and HNW clients preferred

Leadership or client-facing experience preferred for Manager+ roles

Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonus depending on level and experience.
