Primary Skills: Cash application (advanced), Issue resolution (intermediate), Data analysis (intermediate), multi-currency accounting (intermediate), ERP systems (beginner) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12+ Months Location: San Jose, CA or Lehi, UT (Hybrid) Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour on W2 Job Summary: This role involves supporting the Accounts Receivable team by focusing on reconciliation, issue resolution, and analysis of financial transactions across various payment methods and currencies. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate cash application, investigate discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Reconcile customer accounts and apply payments accurately. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in cash application. Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve AR-related problems. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the AR function. Must-Have Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in cash application or a similar accounting role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. This role requires experience in financial operations, particularly within accounts receivable environments that handle eCommerce payments and multi-currency transactions.
