Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Gardena, CA (Corporate Office - Fully On-Site)
Pay: $27-$29/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced, growing organization. This role involves handling high-volume AP transactions and supporting automation initiatives. Ability to process 300-500 invoices per week
Experience with three-way matching and account reconciliations
Basic Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)

Responsibilities
Full-cycle AP processing, including three-way match and vendor communication
Monitor exceptions queue for automated invoices and manually process non-automated invoices
Perform statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with retail stores and vendors
Support transition to PO/non-PO specialization in the future
Qualifications
Degree not required
Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Interview Process
First Round: Zoom or Teams with AP Lead and Supervisor
Second Round: On-site with Hiring Manager
Availability: Wednesday-Friday preferred
