Title: Accountant
Location: Oakville (Onsite)
Rate of Pay: $32.00 - $35.00/hour
Job Type: 3-month contract with a strong possibility for permanent conversion

Responsibilities
Executing full-cycle month-end and year-end closing processes accurately and efficiently
Performing complex bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations
Utilizing a large-scale ERP system to manage, analyze, and report daily financial data
Collaborating with internal teams to streamline financial reporting and resolve variances
Assisting with the preparation of internal financial statements and supporting schedules

Qualifications
Proven experience handling month-end closing processes and complex reconciliations
Demonstrated proficiency navigating and working within a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and data integrity
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional team members
