Work you'll do
As a Tax Intern on the Deloitte Tax team, you'll work with diverse and talented teams to help clients analyze the tax effect of complex decisions, reduce overall tax rates, and pursue performance objectives.
Perform tax research and analysis to support client service teams
Assist in evaluating the tax impact of business decisions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to develop actionable solutions to complex tax issues
Work with multiple clients across industries to build understanding of varying tax implications
Use tax, data, and technology tools to support project delivery and client service

Qualifications
Required:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration or Master of Science in Accounting or Taxation, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Definitive plans to meet the minimum educational requirements for Certified Public Accountant eligibility in the state of the assigned office location
Ability to perform job responsibilities in a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
Availability to begin employment in Winter 2027
Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
Preferred:
Technology-related coursework
GPA of 3.2 or higher
Experience through internships, summer positions, or school jobs
