Our client is a top ranked, Boston-based law firm that is seeking a Controller to join their leadership team. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in firm operations, financial strategy, and process improvement. The Controller will oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, billing and collections, trust accounting compliance, payroll collaboration, budgeting, and team leadership. This role partners closely with firm leadership and serves as a trusted advisor on financial operations and performance . You will manage and over see a team. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of accounting experience within a law firm environment , deep knowledge of accounting systems and compliance requirements, strong leadership skills, and a process-driven mindset focused on efficiency and continuous improvement. The salary is $160,000 $180,000, commensurate with experience .
