This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with high-volume data while gaining exposure to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes in a fast-paced environment. ACCOUNTING CLERK RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately enter and maintain financial and project-related data within company systems The Accounting Clerk will support data migration, validation, and cleanup efforts during system implementation Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Assist with basic Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions The Accounting Clerk will research discrepancies and correct data entry errors Maintain organized records and supporting documentation The Accounting Clerk will collaborate with accounting and project teams to ensure accurate data flow Generate basic reports and provide administrative support to the accounting team QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTING CLERK ROLE 13 years of accounting, data entry, or administrative experience Exposure to Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable preferred Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Experience with Vista Viewpoint is a plus Proficiency in Excel and general computer systems Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt in a changing environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY Opportunity to gain hands-on accounting experience within the construction industry Be part of a major system implementation and process improvement initiative Stable, growing organization with long-term potential Collaborative and supportive team environment EB-...
