Compensation

$30-40/hr

4-6 week contract assignment

What You'll Be Doing

Perform balance sheet reconciliations including AP, cash, receivables, and investments

Support month-end close activities and assist with catch-up accounting work

Enter and maintain accounting data within Blackbaud and ERP systems

Ensure accurate integration between Blackbaud, Financial Edge, and Raiser's Edge systems

Assist with restricted and unrestricted fund accounting activities

Create and maintain accounting process documentation

Partner with leadership to improve accounting workflow accuracy and efficiency

What You'll Need to be Considered

4+ years of strong hands-on month-end close and general ledger experience

Experience managing reconciliations independently

Blackbaud experience REQUIRED

Experience with restricted and unrestricted fund accounting REQUIRED

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders

Self-starter mentality with minimal oversight
