Detailed Job Description:

SAP Payroll Configuration & Implementation

Time Management

Integration & Interfaces

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design

Provide solution design, enhancements, and process improvements

Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations

Support tax configuration and reporting using:

BSI Tax Factory

Handle complex payroll scenarios including:

Garnishments processing

Retroactive accounting

Off-cycle payroll runs

Integration & Interfaces

Support integrations with:

Time and attendance systems

Benefits systems (e.g., 401k, insurance)

Finance/GL (FI posting)

Manage inbound and outbound payroll interfaces
