Our client in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a Temp to hire hybrid AP Specialist. They are ideally looking for someone who can start next week! Schedule: M-F 9AM-5PM 2 days onsite 3 days remote (onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays) Pay Rate: $35-45/HR Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle, high-volume AP. Prepare and execute weekly payment runs via ACH, wires, and checks. Onboard new vendors (W-9/W-8 verification) and resolve payment/billing discrepancies. Support month-end close with expense accruals and aging reports. Ensure compliance with internal controls and Sunshine Act reporting guidelines. Pull documentation and provide support for internal/external financial audits. Requirements: 3-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience. Prior experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences is highly preferred. Proficiency with ERPs is a plus. Must be able to commute to our NYC office 3 days a week.
