A reputable and growing organization in the Columbus, OH area is seeking a Financial Analyst for a contract opportunity. This position will support financial planning, reporting, and project-based analysis within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally to support operational and financial decision-making. Responsibilities: Analyze financial data related to projects, budgets, and operational performance to support business decisions Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across multiple departments Partner with internal stakeholders to track project costs, revenue, and profitability trends Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data within ERP and reporting systems Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field At least 3 years of relevant financial analysis, accounting, or project-based finance experience Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour Search managed by: Jessica Robbins Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
