To Apply for this Job Click Here A Beacon Hill client in NJ is looking for a Controller to oversee all accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls. This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and manages a team of accounting professionals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in multi-entity financial operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities Develop and maintain internal accounting controls and policies Coordinate annual audits and work with external auditors Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning efforts Monitor company financial performance and provide strategic recommendations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements Supervise and mentor accounting staff Support ERP system improvements and process automation initiatives Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 00160001FICCCJ_...
