Accounts Payable Specialist-Orlando

LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Payable Specialist role open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is a contract to hire, onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Perform AP functions including coordinating approval and processing invoices (PO matching), performing check runs, maintaining subcontractor insurance requirements, maintaining AP aging, etc.

Experience

• Minimum of two to four years of accounts payable (high volume invoice processing) experience required

Skills/Knowledge

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software required (MS Dynamics, Sage, Viewpoint Vista, etc.)

• Knowledge of lien waivers preferred

• High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail

• Solid communication, customer service, organizational and mathematical skills

Education

• High school diploma

Work Hours/Pay Rate

• Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week

• $25-27.88/hr.
