Responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop a team of two payroll specialists, including coaching and performance management.
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing for a designated region.
- Review and post payroll-related journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with certified payroll reporting requirements.
- Maintain and update certified payroll rate tables and supporting data.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Partner with field teams to resolve and prevent timekeeping errors.
- Review payroll support tickets to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
Requirements:
- High volume, multistate payroll experience (Required)
- 3-5 years of end to end payroll with supervisory experience (Required)
- Strong understanding and experience with construction payroll (prevailing wages, job costing, fringe calculations, union payroll, etc.)
- Previous experience in LCPtacker, eMars, AASHTOWare, or other relevant CPR software experience
- Ability to go on site 4 days a week
- Salary $85-95k
