The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A is responsible for supporting the company's financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting processes. This role prepares the analysis, models, and reporting that support FP&A's business partnering across the organization.
Responsibilities- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages.
- Assist with delivery of budget and forecast templates and support the annual budgeting process as well as periodic forecasts.
- Provide variance analysis and explanations for deviations between actuals, forecast, and budget.
- Prepare and analyze cash flow reports to monitor liquidity and financial stability.
- Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Work closely with the accounting team to support accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting
- Respond to ad hoc financial analysis requests from across the business.
- Maintain FP&A tools and support system implementations and process improvements, as required.

QualificationsEducation and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting designation (or working towards).
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A.
- Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial statements.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with ERP systems.
