Full-Charge Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing a wide range of accounting, payroll, compliance, and administrative responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities:
Full-cycle bookkeeping and daily accounting functions
Payroll processing and payroll reporting
Bank deposits and account reconciliation
Maintain accurate bank balances and cash flow records
Accounts receivable and collections
Accounts payable processing and vendor management
Order entry and invoicing
Quarterly and annual tax reports
Process new hire paperwork and employee records
Insurance enrollment and administration
Certified payroll preparation and reporting
Prepare Prevailing Wage - Statements of Intent & Affidavits of Prevailing Wages Paid
Maintain OSHA 300 logs and related compliance documentation

Qualifications:
Minimum of 35 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
Experience with certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting preferred
Strong knowledge of payroll taxes and reporting requirements
Proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
Construction industry experience is a plus
