Entry-Level Accounting Associate

$23-26/hour, based on experience

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented recent graduates or early-career accounting professionals to join a growing team in Carson, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on accounting experience and grow their career within a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Prepare and enter invoices, journal entries, and reconciliations
Support month-end close activities and financial reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and spreadsheets
Review and verify accounting documentation for accuracy
Assist with data entry and administrative accounting tasks
Work closely with the accounting team on special projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
0-3 years of accounting experience (internships welcome)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
