Senior Accounting Analyst

Kforce's client, a well-established West Michigan organization in Grand Rapids, MI, is adding a Senior Accounting Analyst due to continued growth and increasing operational complexity. This is a newly created role offering strong exposure across reporting, analysis, and capital initiatives.

What You'll Do:

• Build and enhance financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support capital project tracking and investment analysis
• Assist with audit preparation and financial compliance
• Drive process improvements, including automation and efficiencies
• Provide cross-functional support across accounting and finance
