Accounting Specialist

Experienced accountant needed:) Must have experience at multi tasking to include AP, review customer accounts, journal entries, monthly bank recs, monthly review of budget comparison, collection letters and other basic accounting functions. Knowledge of fund accounting and accounting degree a plus.
Need excellent phone, data entry, organizational and typing skills. Need ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, prefer 3 years + experience; must have positive attitude, can multi task and be flexible with duties.
Part time at Rockledge office.
