2 - PROFICIENT WITH QUICKBOOKS ONLINE

- Knowledge of processing payroll

- Knowledge of Authorize.net

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of PayPal Business Tools

- Valid Drivers License

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Payroll Management.

- Monthly Commission Reports.

- 401k admin.

- Bi Monthly Payroll.

- Workers Comp Compliance.

- Health Insurance renewals, enrollment.

- Hiring & Termination of Employees.

- Admin Data entry as needed

- Billing

- QuickBooks Online Data Entry.

- Monthly Reconciliation of Bank Accounts

- Contract Processing.

- Credit Card Processing.

- PayPal Processing.

- Processing Chargebacks.

- Bank Deposits.

- Database Entry of new clients.

- Light Office Maintenance

- Changing Printer Paper

- Changing Printer Ink

- Ordering Supplies
