Position Detail: Job Title: Accounting Manager Location: Philadelphia, PA 19103/Riverwoods IL 60015 Duration: 6+ month contract with possible extn/conversion Schedule: Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days onsite) Pay rate: $60-65/hr Summary: Elevate your career by leading the financial backbone of a dynamic organization as an Accounting Manager. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (BBA or BS); Master's preferred CPA certification or progress toward certification strongly preferred 7-9 years of accounting or audit experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial role Recent hands-on experience managing core general ledger functions: month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and audit support Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Great Plains, NetSuite, and Blackline Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Nice to Have Skills: Experience with international accounting processes Project management experience Familiarity with accelerated month-end close timelines (3-5 days) Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree highly desirable Professional CPA certification or ongoing certification effort 7-9 years of relevant accounting or audit experience, with recent managerial oversight Experience managing teams responsible for general ledger functions, preferably within a hybrid or remote setting Other Requirements: Hybrid work schedule (2-3 days onsite) in Philadelphia, PA, or Riverwoods, IL Willingness to support process improvements and perform independent analysis Flexibility during month-end close cycles and reporting deadlines Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
