Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist Role: As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be a key member of the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the processing of payables. Responsibilities include: Enter and process up to 70 vendor invoices daily. The AP Specialist will manage accounts payable for multiple entities and vendors. Maintain and distribute accounting documents, records, and reports. The AP Specialist will investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and purchase orders.
