Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Staff Accountant III working at Tampa, FL with a Hybrid work schedule with a French multinational personal care corporation registered in Paris and headquartered in Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine. It is the world's largest cosmeticspany, with activities spanning skin care, sun protection, make-up, perfume, hair care and hair color.

Job Summary:

This accounting role supports general accounting duties, managing journal entries, A/R Reconciliation, Intergroup account management, GRIR Aging/Remediation, and activities related to the monthly ing processes, etc.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting required

5+ years of related work experience in Corporate Accounting team environment required

Must work independently and autonomously requiring minimum supervision

Thorough problem solving and well-developed analytical skills

Strongmunication, influencing and negotiation skills

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced skills are required)

Must possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a highly networked and collaborative team environment

Very strong variance analysis research experience

Resourceful, resilient, and capable of managingplex journal entries through resolution

Must have a strong understanding of financial and operational controls

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

Ability to work in an open floor office environment

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP or similar ERP experience

IFRS experience

Auditing experience

Consumer products background

CPA Certification

Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries, account analysis, roll forwards and other analysis required for the month-end close.

Assists in month end closing process for assigned areas.

Journal entry preparation.

General Ledger account analysis.

Prepare and issue various month end analysis.

Prepare input into SAP.

Daily interaction with divisional stakeholders to research discrepancies and find solutions to nonpliance issues.

Prepare reports and analysis for consolidated reporting.

Support internal audit requests.

Duration - 6+ Months Contract

Shift: Hybrid, Mon-Fri, 8:00am - 5:00 pm

Pay Details: $46.10 per hour
