Bookkeeper

Experienced Bookkeeper Koss Accounting Solutions is growing, and we are looking for an experienced accounting professional who can support client bookkeeping, month-end close, and financial reporting. This is a part-time hybrid position based in Racine, WI. We are looking for someone local who can work independently, take ownership of their work, and grow with the company. Responsibilities Code bank and credit card transactions accurately Enter and code vendor invoices Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Assist with month-end close Maintain clean books across multiple clients Apply class tracking, locations, and multi-entity coding Identify discrepancies and follow through on resolution Communicate clearly on questions or missing information Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required) Strong understanding of debits, credits, and reconciliations Experience supporting month-end close Ability to work independently without step-by-step direction Strong computer skills are required You must be comfortable with: Navigating multiple systems and software platforms Saving, organizing, and retrieving documents Working in Excel (open, review, basic navigation and use) Managing files and folders efficiently Switching between tools (QBO, email, spreadsheets, shared drives) without confusion This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who is confident and efficient using a computer in a professional setting.
