Director of Finance

White Plains, NY

The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing and analyzing financial operations within the organization to support strategic decision-making and ensure accurate reporting across various entities and service lines. This includes managing budgeting processes, preparing financial reports, conducting revenue recognition activities, and collaborating with executive leadership for business development initiatives. Reporting to the CFO, you will be instrumental in providing timely and accurate reporting and analysis of company results. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days a week in the office. Salary range is $175-185K plus bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the FP&A function/team for the company
  • Provide monthly reports to company executives, board members
  • Collaborate with accounting on financial statement preparation and revenue recognition
  • Maintain high levels of internal controls and compliance with all regulatory agencies
  • Work across the organization to streamline communication and reporting of financial information

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters a plus
  • 8+ years of Financial Analysis skills to evaluate productivity and profitability.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring finance staff.
  • Healthcare industry experience highly preferred
  • Expertise in Budgeting for annual budget preparation across all entities.
  • Ability to develop Financial Models, projections, and scenario analyses.
  • Experience in Revenue Recognition according to accounting standards.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
