Finance Accounting Analyst

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a dynamic and strategic Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing, collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on business performance, partner with leadership, and grow into a true strategic advisor. The role offers hybrid schedule, in the Saint Louis, MO area, competitive salary plus bonus, and comprehensive benefits package. This position is scheduled as hybrid, 3 days in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to guide decision-making through financial insights
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Deliver analysis identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities
• Build financial models to support strategic initiatives and investments
• Translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial and operational goals* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience
• Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive business decisions
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Cognos or similar)
• Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, and data systems
• Strong presentation and communication skills
