Role:SAP Business Analyst With RAR & FICO

Location:Santa Clara, CA - Hybrid

• Analyze and document business requirements, AS-IS/TO-BE processes, and process flow diagrams.
• Prepare GAP analysis, blueprints, functional specifications, and RICEFW documentation.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA modules including GL, AP, and Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Implement global Fixed Asset Accounting solutions aligned with regional GAAP requirements.
• Enable and support non-leading ledgers and localization across EMEA and APAC regions.
• Collaborate with business users to optimize SAP finance processes and resolve system challenges.
• Work on international GL/AP rollouts, accrual engine functionality, and ARIBA integration.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, ERP environments, stakeholder management, and multi-project execution.
