Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support daily accounting and office operations. This role is a key position within the office, responsible for managing Accounts Payable, administrative processes, and supporting operational workflows. The ideal candidate is dependable, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Accounts Payable or similar accounting experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
Professional communication skills
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience in construction, trucking, or service industries
Familiarity with Sage300CRE, Sage Paperless (SPC), and DSM (Peak Software)
Experience with permits, compliance, or job documentation
