Senior Tax Accountant

Well established firm in Boca Raton is looking to hire a full-time CPA with 5 to 7 years of experience. This is a career opportunity for someone interested in growth and becoming a partner of the firm. The ability to interact well with clients and work as a team member, as well as independently, is important. Our firm has been practicing in South Florida for over 65 years. We are a full-service public accounting firm which provides general accounting services, tax individual and business preparation, estate and tax planning services. The individual will also handle accounting-related tasks and ensure compliance with tax laws and stay updated with current tax regulations. Our compensation package includes excellent benefits, 401 (k) plan and a salary range of $90,000 to $115,000 depending on experience. CPA license is preferred. Responsibities: Prepare Tax returns for Individuals, corporations, partnerships and trusts. Work with Partners to ensure clients compliance with tax laws and filing requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's in accounting 5 to 7 years of public accounting experience Strong analytical and computer skills CPA certification strongly encouraged QuickBooks and Excel knowledge Strong communication skills Integrity within a professional environment
