Senior Accountant - Hybrid

Kforce's client, an industry leading Infrastructure Services Organization, is adding a Senior Accountant to their team. This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity for an Accountant as it supports M&A Integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Hold meetings to understand acquired company accounting policies and processes
• Analyze and resolve differences between accounting practices to meet GAAP reporting requirements
• Project Manage the timeline for integration of accounting between companies
• Ensure accuracy
• Help train acquired teams on current parent systems and process
• Document progress with updates* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
• 5+ years of General Ledger experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis tools)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels
• Demonstrated the ability to be empathetic during change management
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
• Experience with ERP migrations or system implementations preferred
• Previous Internal Audit experience preferred
• Exposure to M&A processes preferred
