Key Objectives:
- Oversee all financial duties, ensuring compliance with fiscal, legal, and group reporting requirements.
	 - Guide financial decision-making by establishing and enforcing company policies.
	 - Design, implement, and maintain effective financial controls.
	 - Support both immediate and long-term business objectives.
	
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, treasury, payroll, and asset management.
	 - Take charge of accounting operations, with the opportunity to hire and supervise additional staff as the organization expands.
	 - Handle monthly financial closing and reporting to the Group.
	 - Prepare yearly financial statements, ensuring alignment with US GAAP and Group standards.
	 - Develop and oversee the annual budget and forecasts.
	 - Provide necessary financial documents and reports to the Parent Company.
	 - Ensure adherence to accounting policies issued by the Parent Company.
	 - Set up internal controls to safeguard company assets and transactions.
	 - Oversee accounting and tax matters related to cross-border activities, particularly those involving Mexican operations, ensuring compliance with US laws and Group policies.
	 - Participate in audits and consult with external advisors.
	
Candidate Profile:
- At least six years of experience in senior accounting or finance roles (experience in manufacturing, especially automotive, highly preferred).
	 - Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
	 - CPA or CA certification required.
	 - Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in lean environments.
	 - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
	 - Strong understanding of national and local tax laws and compliance.
	 - Familiarity with financial project management and technology tools.
	 - Proficient in SAP (ERP) and Intuit QuickBooks.
	 - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
