Payroll Assistant Location: Hacienda Heights, CA 91745 Work Arrangement: Onsite Employment Type: Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Domain: Healthcare | Payroll & Administrative Services Pay Rate: $28/hr W2 Application Deadline: June 8th, 2026 SKILLS REQUIRED Primary (Must-Have): Healthcare payroll experience Experience with UKG Dimensions and Oracle Knowledge of Excel and payroll systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Secondary (Good to Have): Experience processing biweekly payroll Familiarity with payroll compliance and recordkeeping standards Ability to manage employee payroll inquiries professionally Strong problem-solving and data verification skills POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Assistant for a 13-week onsite contract assignment in Hacienda Heights, CA. This role will support payroll operations by assisting with payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting employee payroll inquiries. The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare payroll experience, strong technical proficiency with UKG Dimensions and Oracle, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
