Mercedes Cab Company is looking for a detail-driven Accounting Clerk to support Accounts Payable and company-wide financial operations. This is more than a basic clerk roleyou'll be part of the finance team, working across departments to keep operations accurate, organized, and moving forward. What You'll Do: Manage accounts payable (vendors, credit cards, W9s, internal payments) Support weekly/monthly financial reporting across departments Work closely with internal teams to gather and track financial data Use QuickBooks, Excel, and Google tools daily Keep records accurate, organized, and on schedule Help improve processes and streamline workflows What You Bring: 5+ years experience or strong equivalent Experience with QuickBooks + Excel (required) Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Solid communication and organizational skills Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Why This Role: Stable, established company Broader exposure to finance and reporting Opportunity to grow within the organization Hybrid flexibility (with accountability) for the right candidate.
