You'll work within an automated SAP system, support invoice processing and vendor communication, and gain valuable exposure to corporate accounting operations within a stable, team-focused organization. W hy You'll Love This Role Compensation based on experience + Bonus Monday - Friday with Flexible start times Team-oriented accounting environment with strong training support Direct Hire opportunity with long-term growth potential What You'll Do : Process invoices and credit memos through automated AP systems and SAP workflows Review invoice coding, approvals, pricing, and sales tax accuracy Research and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams Support month-end activities including journal entries and reporting support Monitor purchase orders and assist with maintaining accurate accounting records Qualifications & Requirements : Prior AP, accounting support, or invoice processing experience preferred ERP or SAP system exposure strongly preferred Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable working within structured processes and automated systems Basic Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency required Benefits and Perks: Competitive Pay Medical, Vision.
