What You Will Be Doing:
Under general supervision of the Cash Manager (State Investment Officer, PCN 045013), This position administers the States credit card acceptance contract, including assisting departments with implementing new card-present, ecommerce, e-billing, and other card acceptance methods; coordinates statewide Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI) compliance by working with departments to ensure inventories of people and hardware involved in card processing are accurate; works with a Qualified Security Assessor and departments to complete an annual PCI assessment; coordinates completion of required annual PCI training; serves as the primary system administrator and backup operator for the States Treasury Management System; takes on various additional projects as needed; and, must be able to serve as backup for all positions within Cash Management. This position supervises an Acct II/Acct III flex position.

The Working Environment You Can Expect:
This position is located on the 11 th floor in the State office building in downtown Juneau, and employees have access to the covered parking garage. The work provides interaction with a small close-knit team of professionals and occasional public contact with taxpayers, financial institutions, property owners and claimants.
