Key Responsibilities Include: Process approximately 1,000 invoices per month with efficiency and meticulous accuracy via check or electronic platforms. Reconcile invoices against work orders and approved proposals Timely processing of security deposit returns Manage recurring monthly payables including but not limited to loan payments and resident manager payments. File Annual Business Gross Receipts/Payroll Tax and manage subsequent payments Execute journal entries for QuickBooks/Intuit payroll taxes Handle SF Rent Board Housing Inventory uploads Process time-sensitive payments including but not limited to client income tax returns and property taxes and maintain neat records for tracking purposes. Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual filings in prompt order.
